北韓嗆新武器 聯合國：外交接觸是和平唯一道路
聯合國秘書長古特瑞斯（Antonio Guterres信用卡刷卡優惠）的發言人今天表示，秘書長對北韓指出將恢復核子和飛彈測試表達「深刻關切」。

北韓領導人金正恩本週表示，平壤沒有理由再片面遵守自訂的暫停洲際彈道飛彈試射和核彈試爆，且北韓將於不久的未來推出「全新戰略武器」。
金正恩在北韓勞動黨（KWP）第7屆中央委員會第5次全體會議（五中全會）發表數小時談話。北韓專家表示，其中關於恢復核試、飛彈試射的部分，可能是平壤當局已準備好與美長期對峙，因此要求勞動黨、軍事和政府官員準備好另一波經濟困境。
華府智庫史汀生研究中心（Stimson Center）北韓專家卡林（Robert Carlin）說：「幾乎可以肯定的是，重點並非標題所寫的武器研發或可能的恢復武器測試。」
「這代表著讓國家經濟和人民準備好與美長期對抗。」卡林補充說，金正恩的訊息「不再是致力減輕制裁，而是束緊腰帶活在制裁之下」。

就在外送平台上，看清楚了嗎？想點香菇肉羹，可有三個選項，香菇肉羹加肉，香菇肉羹加很多肉，還是香菇肉羹加超多肉，這三部曲，讓網友忍不住笑了出來，不知道當中有什麼差別嗎？老闆還貼心地po照比對，每一次升級，都加了一份肉！
業者：「這是我們一般正常肉羹的量，加肉的話就是大概再加一份肉這樣子！」
民眾：「(照片)放在上面，讓人家看了之後蠻清楚的。」
民眾：「蠻貼心的啊！」
業者：「因為我本身就很喜歡吃肉羹裡面比價的肉，剛好我的老婆是在樂檸漢堡上班，她們有一個很棒的概念就是漢堡肉可以加特價層，我經網友一致推薦 常都吃三層，我就想到說我們肉羹的肉也可以加很多的肉，這樣吃起來是很過癮。」
肉羹裡有香，有大白菜，還有筍絲，業者說，外公是總舖師，這古早味肉羹，就是辦桌菜魚翅羹改的，拿掉魚翅的部分，只加肉，傳到他第三代，由於自己特愛吃肉，把漢堡加層的概念加了進來，網友感覺超可愛，引發關注，到底這加超多肉的香菇肉羹，份量有多少呢？
業者：「一碗肉羹的肉將近半台斤，總共有幾份肉在裡面？這樣總共有四份肉，女生通常吃不完。」
老闆說，一份肉大約2兩，加很多肉的總共三份肉；特多肉的，等於有四份，總共近半台斤的肉，價格是一份肉的2.5倍，感覺似乎蠻划算的，老闆也提醒，食量不大的消費者，可得量力而為。
